The insights you learn will definitely be share-worthy, but the activities in each class are tailored for the individuals in that specific group. In order for your friends to get the best results, we recommend they sign up for the Restorative Wellness Coaching Collective too.

Yes! You will receive a free 30 minute 1:1 session with me.

We want your experience to be interactive and personal, so we limit each group to a maximum of 20 participants. This gives you plenty of opportunities to ask questions and interact with one another. As the groups expand, more dates and times will be added.
